OUR WEEKLY PRICES INCLUDE:
- Initial/final cleaning
OTHER SERVICES and AMENITIES INCLUDED:
- Thorough cleaning and checking of each accommodation before your arrival
- Satellite TV
- Private garden with tables, chairs and barbecue
- Shared or private swimming-pool open from mid May to end of September
- Direct sale of our local products
- Free Wi-Fi access
EXTRAS:
- Electricity and Gas to be paid according to consumption
- Linen for beds, bathrooms and kitchen at €12 per person
ON REQUEST:
- Small size pet at € 30 per week
- Extra adult bed at € 105 per week including linen
- Small bed or cot for an up-to-4-years-old child at € 35 per week
OUR TERMS:
• Arrival on Saturdays only between 4 pm and 6 pm
• Departure on Saturdays only by 9.00 am
• Security deposit to be paid at your arrival:
- € 250,00 for "Il Girasole"
- € 350,00 for "La Villa"
• Possible small local tax to be paid subject to Municipality laws
• Booking deposit of 30% of the total fee, to be paid to confirm your booking. Final payment to be paid 30 days before your arrival
• Cancellation penalties :
- 50% of the booking deposit if your cancellation is received 60 days or more before your arrival;
- 100% of the booking deposit if your cancellation is received less than 60 days before your arrival;
- 50% of the total fee, if your cancellation is received less than 30 days before your arrival.
